Description

You will own the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Configure and maintain Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Execute data migration, validation, and integration activities to ensure data integrity.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and user training.

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, focused on Payroll.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
