Description

You will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Cloud Payroll application from scratch for new implementations.
• Manage payroll element setup including Earnings and Deductions.
• Handle US Taxation configuration within the payroll module.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet specific business requirements.
• Execute integrations between Payroll and Benefits, OTL, and other modules.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in payroll functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Proven ability to perform full-cycle cloud application configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Elements, specifically Earnings and Deductions.
• Expertise in US Taxation requirements and configuration.
• Proficiency in writing and implementing Fast Formulas.
• Experience managing integrations with Benefits and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
