Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project life cycle by facilitating requirements meetings, driving decisions, and designing solution blueprints.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
• Develop functional designs, configuration workbooks, and proof of concept demonstrations for business approval.
• Manage the testing effort, including test case preparation and user acceptance testing.
• Support legacy payroll data conversion and provide post go-live support and end-user training.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and configuration.
• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
• Deep understanding of payroll business processes and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with Fast Formula, Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
• Experience managing Oracle quarterly upgrades, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll processing issues.
• Experience leading functional design and configuration workbooks in collaboration with business teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years implementing HCM Payroll solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Functional Lead role for Oracle HCM Cloud North America Payroll implementations.
• Completion of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
