Lead payroll transformation projects and implement Oracle Cloud solutions as a functional expert. Provide best-practice solutions for Oracle Cloud Payroll and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver implementation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead payroll transformation projects using Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise and best-practice solutions for Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver implementation requirements.
  • Travel to Scottsdale, AZ as required for the engagement.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience working within the public sector.
  • Ability to work remotely within PST, MST, or CST time zones.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or hold GC-EAD/H4-EAD.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
