Description

You will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects from initial discovery through testing, cutover, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation lifecycles including planning, requirements gathering, configuration oversight, and go-live coordination.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall delivery performance.
• Drive coordination between business teams, IT, third-party partners, and system integrators.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project governance, status meetings, and executive steering committee communications.
• Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing.
• Maintain project controls including documentation, risk logs, and audit-ready decision logs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience with enterprise cloud implementations.
• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
• Deep understanding of HCM processes: Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Self-Service.
• Experience managing system integrators and external vendors.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Business Requirements, and Governance.
• Experience with UAT, Budget management, and Project Plans.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives within matrixed environments.
• Strong audit and documentation management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Oracle Cloud certification.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SCM, or PPM platforms.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
