You will lead full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the business team through the project life cycle, focusing on best practice process adoption.
Design processes and prepare the solution Blueprint for implementation.
Gather detailed requirements, translate them into system configurations, and guide testing cycles.
Manage project financials, monitor risks, and address issues to ensure project completion.
Facilitate requirements meetings, drive decisions, and conduct workshops to define scope.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence management).
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Expertise in North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle: planning, design, build, testing, and go-live.
Experience leading project teams and managing workstream leads to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and leading fit-gap analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and status reporting.
Preferred Skills
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/SI organization.
