Description

You will lead techno-functional Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support, owning best practices for enterprise business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of best practices for techno-functional support across enterprise business processes.
• Write and debug complex Fast Formulas for Absence, Compensation, and Payroll HCM Extracts.
• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher.
• Manage application security, workflows, OTBI, and page customizations or extensions.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and exposure to EBS.
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
• Mandatory working experience in at least 3 HCM modules.
• Proficiency with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with OTBI, Application Security, and Workflows.
• Advanced skills in Fast Formula, Page Customizations, and Extensions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical ability in debugging Absence, Compensation, and Payroll HCM Extracts.
