Description

Lead functional design and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into solution designs and communicate complex architectures to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with process consultants and SMEs to analyze and define organizational processes.
• Manage delivery within an onshore/offshore model, coordinating with development and support teams.
• Drive automation opportunities and provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Create end-user documentation and manage direct client interactions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support.
• Proven track record of completing 2 or 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Journeys, and Recruitment.
• Expertise in solution design and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Techno-functional expertise within the HCM domain.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Applications, or a related technical field.
