Description

You will serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud Lead and advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes by interacting with process consultants and subject matter experts.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional solution designs and secure stakeholder approval.
• Manage delivery within an onshore/offshore model, collaborating with development and support teams globally.
• Drive automation opportunities and provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Create technical and functional documentation to support end-users.

Required Skills

• 10 years of Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• Proven track record of completing 2 or 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Journeys, and Recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in Solution Design and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing global delivery models.
• Techno-functional or functional background specifically within the HCM domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Applications, or a related technical field.
