Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud functional design and delivery, bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate complex requirements into functional solution designs.
• Manage global delivery within an onshore/offshore model, collaborating with development and support teams.
• Drive automation opportunities and provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Create technical and functional documentation to support end-users and secure stakeholder approval.
• Oversee full-cycle implementation and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• Proven track record of completing 2 or 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Journeys, and Recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in Solution Design and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 10 years of total Information Technology experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing global delivery models.
• Techno-functional or functional background specifically within the HCM domain.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Applications, or a related technical field.
