Description

You will architect and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on selecting and implementing packaged solutions within HCM Cloud.
• Integrate HCM Cloud solutions into client business environments to meet objectives.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and production support of HCM Cloud business processes.
• Focus implementation efforts primarily on Core HR, with experience in Recruiting and Onboarding and Security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven ability to leverage business knowledge to deliver optimized solutions.
• Consulting skills for advising clients on packaged solution implementation.
• Experience with Core HR modules.
• Familiarity with Recruiting and Onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of HCM security configuration.
