Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, primarily Core HR.
• Work with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Advise clients on the selection and implementation of appropriate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Provide expertise in Core HR, with additional knowledge of Recruiting and Onboarding preferred.
• Support Oracle HCM Security, including roles, privileges, and access configuration.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimized solutions.
• Integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with the client’s broader business and technology environment.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, and implementation deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure Oracle HCM solutions align with business requirements and deliver measurable business value.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Excellent expertise in Oracle Core HR.
• Experience with Oracle HCM implementations and production support.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions.
