Description

Design architectural strategies and technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Lead project scoping, Proof-of-Concept development, and solution validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural assessments and technical roadmaps to guide project execution.
• Manage inbound/outbound interfaces, data migrations, and root cause analysis for HR, Payroll, and Talent modules.
• Create Functional and Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, and Change Requests.
• Provide architectural guidance to cross-functional teams and manage technical dependencies with offshore partners and clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and solution design.
• Deep expertise in US Legislation Payroll, Retro processes, Elements, and Fast Formula.
• Proficiency with BIP, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, User Defined Tables, Flex Fields, and Value Sets.
• Strong knowledge of HCM Cloud table architecture, relations, and SQL/PLSQL coding.
• Experience managing HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Performance Management modules.
• Experience with incident management tools (JIRA, GLPi, OpsGenie) and managing Oracle Support SRs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AS400 or Mainframe platforms.
