Description

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Scope and draft functional requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills with business users.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills to meet organizational needs and define functional specifications.
• Document business process flows and maintain comprehensive records of configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver solutions and identify data migration activities.
• Provide training to users on implemented processes and modules.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• 5-6 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills.
• Proven experience configuring Oracle Cloud modules.
• Strong ability to conduct detailed analysis and implement functional solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
