Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management module.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management module to meet business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements gathered from HR, Payroll, and IT into working solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify system functionality and compliance.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and document system configurations and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with the Oracle Talent Management module.
• Experience within the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in system configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
