Description

You will manage and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules focused on talent management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules across multiple enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Goals and Performance Management functionality.
• Execute Talent Review module setups and configurations.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycles for talent-related processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations within Talent Management.
• Deep functional knowledge of Performance Management modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring Goals and Talent Review modules.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and configuration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
