Design, configure, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learn modules for standalone projects or large-scale programs.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learn modules.
- Deploy Oracle HCM solutions within project or program frameworks.
- Collaborate with the team to implement functional configurations.
- Support integration efforts as required by the project scope.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learn modules.
- Proven ability to perform functional configuration.
- Experience designing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations.
