Description

Design, develop, and deploy custom Oracle HCM Cloud applications using VBCS and OIC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Design and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, process flows, and reusable components.
• Perform unit and system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging across test and production environments.
• Mentor team members and contribute to code reviews and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience, including 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 7+ years experience with REST APIs and JSON data structures.
• 7+ years knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 5+ years familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM modules.
• Experience with SOAP/REST API integration patterns.
• 3+ years experience training and mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills

• PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle APEX, or Oracle ADF exposure.
• Experience with Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) or Policy Automation (OPA).
