Description

You will lead technical implementations, integrations, and data migrations within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Design and document RICEW objects and solution blueprints to guide project implementation.
• Build and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes.
• Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports to meet specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Proficiency with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of HCM base tables, fast formulas, and approval workflows.
• Experience with UCM and managed file transfer (MFT) tools.
• Ability to customize and personalize Oracle HCM application pages.
• Proven track record in designing integration patterns and orchestration development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and feature updates.
