You will lead technical implementations and data migrations for Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Design and document RICEW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
Develop inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Manage data conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and UCM.
Build and implement OTBI and BI Publisher reports to meet business requirements.
Customize application pages using sandbox environments and personalize HCM pages.
Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects and manage data migration accuracy.
Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to post-go-live support.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience as a systems analyst developer.
3+ years of specific experience supporting Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement.
8+ years of techno-functional experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
Deep understanding of HCM base tables and integration patterns.
Experience with fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom roles.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Redwood Pages, Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), and Recruitment Booster.
