Description

Lead the technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the design and development of RICEW objects.

Responsibilities

• Design and document RICEW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Build and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports to meet specific business requirements.
• Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects to ensure successful data transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
• Deep knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and UCM.
• Experience developing Fast Formulas and approval workflows.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and ATP.
• Experience with XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools.
