Description

You will serve as a technical lead for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BIP.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations.
• Act as a technical lead consultant for Human Capital Management solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst Developer.
• Over 8 years of hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• At least 3 years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement).
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 2 to 5 years of experience building OTBI and BIP reports.
• Strong SQL experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
