Description

You will serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on integrations, custom reports, and fast formulas.
• Utilize Oracle HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL, to deliver functional requirements.
• Solve complex technical problems independently and collaboratively within the team structure.
• Create clear and accurate technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven technical development experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with OTBI.
• Hands-on expertise with BI Publisher.
• Hands-on expertise with HDL/SDL.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrable communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
