Description

You will develop and implement technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on integrations, custom reports, and fast formulas.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL to meet functional requirements.
• Implement integrations, custom reports, and fast formulas within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
• Solve complex technical problems independently and collaboratively within the team structure.
• Create clear and accurate technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven technical development experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Hands-on expertise with BI Publisher for reporting needs.
• Hands-on expertise with HDL/SDL for data loading.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrable communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
