Description

You will own the technical and functional implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and configure business processes and approval workflows.
• Design, conduct, and manage CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training cycles.
• Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and HDL.
• Write Fast Formulas and build OTBI/BIP reports for HR teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional implementation or maintenance.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence Mgmt, Payroll, Compensation, and OTBI.
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, and BIP.
• Proficiency in configuring business processes, enterprise structures, and workforce models.
• Experience with technical aspects like Fast Formula development.
• Strong capability in solution design, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with SOA/REST services for integration.
• Ability to manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
