Description

You will serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle HCM and EHS solutions, managing projects from conception through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct system upgrades, enhancements, and code changes using internal, external, and offshore resources.
• Define and manage processes for ODS and master data integrity.
• Execute system integrations across HR and EHS platforms.
• Lead rollout strategies for new features and maintenance patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR and EHS business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proficiency with ADP GlobalView.
• Experience with Absence Management and Time and Attendance modules.
• Experience with Benefits, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
• Experience with Performance Management and Learning Management.
• Experience with Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with Workforce Health and Workforce Safety.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
