Description

You will serve as a techno-functional expert focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Absence Management and Compensation modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Apply GSP experience to resolve complex functional and technical requirements.
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles within the HCM ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Absence Management module.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation module.
• Proven expertise in managing and developing system interfaces.
• Direct experience working with GSP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
