Description

Own end-to-end configuration and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, bridging functional requirements with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and develop tailored solutions for identified gaps.
• Configure core modules, document application setups, and maintain configuration integrity.
• Translate complex business processes into technical configurations using extracts, formulas, and reports.
• Support clients during test script execution and resolve functional or technical issues.
• Manage personal work effort and project timelines while providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Time & Labor modules.
• Technical proficiency with HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP reports, and HDL.
• Ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution in a cloud environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience specifically with Fast Formulas.
