You will serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM Compensation implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Compensation modules.
• Own the functional configuration and delivery of compensation processes.
• Manage end-to-end implementation workflows as the module lead.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Compensation functionality to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Compensation functional roles.
• Proven track record of leading full life cycle implementations.
• Direct experience acting as an Oracle HCM Compensation Lead.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM functionality and compensation modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
