Description

Implement and support Oracle HCM cloud solutions, specializing in compensation and CoreHR modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in Oracle HCM compensation implementation projects.
• Provide technical and functional consultation on CoreHR module requirements.
• Implement and support Oracle HCM cloud solutions within the HCM domain.
• Maintain and support existing Oracle HCM cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant in Oracle HCM cloud implementation or support.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle HCM compensation implementation or support.
• Minimum 2 projects experience with the CoreHR module.
• Deep functional background in the HCM domain.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
