Description

You will lead Oracle HCM projects with a focus on the Compensation module, overseeing implementation and functional delivery.

You will lead Oracle HCM projects, including at least two HCM Cloud implementations. You will oversee functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live processes for the Compensation module. You will conduct requirement gathering sessions and deliver tailored functional solutions. You will mentor junior consultants to ensure project delivery success. You will travel domestically and internationally as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on Compensation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in HCM.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in Compensation Management.
• Proven track record of 5+ end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Expertise in Compensation Management.
• Strong skills in Requirement Gathering and Functional Configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Big 4, top-tier consultancies, or Oracle Corporation.
