Description

You configure and manage the Oracle HCM system throughout its lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Cloud HCM Core Module configurations across multiple regions and countries.
• Perform impact analysis and validation for HCM Quarterly Patches.
• Conduct Fit Gap analysis and Conf Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.
• Define customizations, including DFFs, EFFs, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including working through the Oracle SR process for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expertise in HCM configuration and administration.
• Experience defining and customizing Workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with HCM Quarterly patching and validation.
• Proven ability to handle customizations (DFF/EFF, reporting, functional setups).
• Experience with the HCM ADP connector.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent, or Compensation modules.
• Experience managing and provisioning security access within HCM.
• Experience migrating configurations to Redwood pages.
