Description

You will own the delivery and configuration of the Talent platform, supporting the Learning Platform and enterprise Talent Oracle Project Janan.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software and configurations that meet Oracle standards.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using files and APIs for Oracle HCM.
• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
• Architect scripts, integrations, and configurations within SaaS software.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (SaaS or in-house) and software development.
• Hands-on experience managing Talent Platforms including Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) and Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent and HCM).
• Experience developing API-based integrations and consuming Oracle-delivered APIs.
• Completion of at least one full lifecycle implementation of an Oracle Cloud project.
• Experience working within Agile (Scrum), Kanban, Rally, Jira, or Confluence environments.
• Ability to read Oracle whitepapers and create functional and technical summaries.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience automating Oracle Cloud test data management or code deployment processes.
