Description

Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for CoreHR, Payroll, and Absence Management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex reports using BIP and OTBI.
• Develop HCM Extracts and write Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance.
• Execute data migrations using HDL/HSDL and Fusion HCM APIs.
• Analyze release impacts and drive quality through testing and reviews.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years in Oracle HCM Cloud with large-scale implementations.
• 5+ years in Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas across 2+ end-to-end projects.
• Expertise in BIP and OTBI reporting.
• Strong experience with HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
• Hands-on data migration using HDL/HSDL and Fusion HCM APIs.
• Deep understanding of Core-HR, Absence, and Payroll functionality.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
