Description

You will implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement complex reports for CoreHR, Payroll, and Absence Management using BIP and OTBI.
  • Develop HCM Extracts in Fusion HCM and write module-based Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance and Goal management.
  • Execute data migrations from legacy systems using Oracle HCM Cloud data loaders (HDL/HSDL) and Fusion HCM APIs.
  • Analyze and assess the impact of Oracle HCM Cloud releases while adhering to change management processes.
  • Ensure user stories are complete and drive continuous quality improvement through testing and reviews.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including large-scale implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas, with experience on 2 or more end-to-end Fusion HCM projects.
  • Expertise in BIP reporting and OTBI reporting.
  • Strong experience with HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas across various modules.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration using HDL/HSDL and Fusion HCM APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Core-HR, Absence, and Payroll functionality in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities within Fusion HCM technical areas.
  • Experience working within Agile team environments.
