Description

You will implement and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex reports using BIP and OTBI for CoreHR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
• Develop HCM Extracts in Fusion HCM and manage data migrations using HDL/HSDL and Fusion HCM APIs.
• Create and maintain various module-based Fast Formulas across Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance and Goal management.
• Ensure user stories are complete and drive continuous quality improvement through thorough testing and reviews.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably large-scale projects.
• At least 5 years working in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas, with experience on 2+ end-to-end Fusion HCM projects.
• Very good experience in BIP reporting, OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of Core-HR, Absence, and Payroll functionality within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience with data migration from legacy applications using Oracle HCM Cloud data loaders (HDL/HSDL).
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities in Fusion HCM Technical areas.
• Experience working within Agile teams and adhering to change management processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and Oracle HCM.
