Description

You will implement and support Oracle HCM solutions, owning end-to-end project delivery and module configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM implementation projects, managing at least two full deployment cycles.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
• Develop and manage reporting using HCM Extracts and BIP Reports.
• Write and optimize Fast Formulas for Absence, OTL, and Benefits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL) and Benefits.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with Core HR and Compensation modules.
• Familiarity with Payroll processing within the Oracle HCM suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
