Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment to meet business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Develop and manage HCM Extracts to support data requirements.
• Configure and maintain Fast Formulas for critical application logic.
• Manage inbound data processes using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Translate business objectives into optimal technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula.
• Expert-level proficiency with HCM Extracts.
• Functional knowledge of HCM Cloud Executive Compensation and Payroll.
• Experience managing inbound data via HDL.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
