Description

You will manage Oracle HCM and SAP HCM integrations, providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support and implementing changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for Oracle HCM and SAP HCM integrations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot error tickets down to the SAP ABAP level.
• Implement corrections in SAP HCM and execute integration change requests.
• Advise customers on optimization opportunities within the integration environment.
• Manage integration tickets independently using Jira and Cherwell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis within SAP systems.
• Experience handling service requests and change requests.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting semi-annual Oracle HCM and SAP HCM patch releases and necessary follow-up adjustments.
