Description

You will manage Oracle Fusion HCM applications across implementation and support projects in Hyderabad.

You will own end-to-end project lifecycles for Oracle HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Execute full project lifecycles for Oracle HCM modules from design to deployment.
• Perform data migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), Spreadsheet Loader, and File Based Loader (FBL).
• Develop reports using BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Implement PaaS customizations including Fast Formulas, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Page Personalization, and BPM Approval Workflows.
• Configure outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
• Proficiency in Spreadsheet Loader and File Based Loader (FBL).
• Experience building reports via BIP and OTBI.
• Technical expertise in Fast Formulas and Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF).
• Ability to configure BPM Approval Workflows and Page Personalizations.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in both implementation and support environments.
