You will configure, support, and optimize Oracle HCM modules and Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules.
• Manage and optimize multiple ATS applications.
• Support Oracle application workflows to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle applications.
• 5+ years of experience working with multiple ATS applications.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
