Description

Configure and develop Oracle HCM modules and integrations in a remote capacity based in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM modules and manage system settings.
• Develop and maintain integrations using OIC, SQL Developer, and ODI.
• Build and test API integrations using Open API, Postman, and Swagger.
• Create YAML specifications following Swagger 2.0 standards.
• Document and articulate technical and functional requirements for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools including OIC and ODI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle Database management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience working with Open API, Postman, and Swagger.
• Ability to write YAML specifications to Swagger 2.0 standards.
• Familiarity with out-of-the-box HCM API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Talent Marketplace platforms.
