Description

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud payroll implementations and functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee payroll data and administer garnishments.
• Execute post-payroll processes and verify accuracy of files transmitted to external vendors.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and implement resolutions within the HCM Payroll cloud.
• Manage external deductions, payroll data conversions, and tax update activities.
• Perform payroll testing following system upgrades and interact directly with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support.
• Expertise in North American payroll functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in HCM Payroll cloud and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll data conversions and loading external deductions.
• Ability to manage tax update activities and post-upgrade payroll testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
