Description

You will manage Workday HCM implementation projects and support integrations across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map customer financial process requirements into Workday Cloud.
• Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be workflows.
• Perform design validation and identify process improvements.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and test scripts.
• Execute testing on Workday functionality and configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM project environments.
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence Management, and Succession Planning.
• Proficiency in Workday Cloud and Oracle environments.
• Experience designing solutions and providing process consulting.
• Ability to lead and execute testing through all project cycles.
• Strong understanding of HR domain and business process flows.
• Experience creating and delivering user training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Financial Implementation and Support.
• Extensive experience across multiple Workday modules.
