Description

You will configure, develop, and implement solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll and Security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Security.
• Develop solutions using DFF and Fusion Fast Formula.
• Evaluate and deploy configurations and solutions across the HCM suite.
• Create and manage BI/OTBI reports.
• Validate solutions and manage Co-Existence scenarios.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Payroll and Security.
• Proficiency with DFF and Fusion Fast Formula development.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence scenarios.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM tables and data structures.
• Proficiency in BI/OTBI reporting and development.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ELM, and Security configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of solution validation and deployment processes.
