Description

You will manage and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules to ensure application stability and process efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Talent functional modules through day-to-day operations and configuration changes.
• Execute testing for upgrades, patches, and configuration changes, including impact analysis.
• Analyze and document customer problems to recommend solutions and manage the full resolution lifecycle.
• Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches to communicate functional changes to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional knowledge of Compensation and Talent modules.
• Experience performing impact analysis for application upgrades and patches.
• Ability to document technical requirements and functional solutions for customers.
• Proven track record of managing ticket lifecycles and adhering to project management methodologies.
• Experience providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
• Liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve product or integration issues.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions.
