Description

You will provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production support for Oracle HCM applications, minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues, engaging technical teams when necessary.
• Configure and enhance systems, managing upgrades to optimize business processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze gaps, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Oracle Projects.
• Experience in Production Support and troubleshooting HCM Cloud applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder interaction.
