Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and deliver functional specification documentation for RICEFW.
• Configure end-to-end Order Management processes based on BR100 documents.
• Execute test scripts for Order Management and assist business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Manage data mapping and complete FBDI documents for legacy system migrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Handle EDI integrations with third-party applications relevant to HCM processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Order Management.
• Experience writing and reviewing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Proficiency in handling FBDI documents for data migration.
• Knowledge of EDI integrations with third-party applications.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
