Description

You will manage configuration and functional support for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall configuration for Global/Core HR and Absence modules.
• Develop and support business rules, standard processes, and approval workflows.
• Administer approval rules and security settings.
• Develop and maintain existing reports.
• Support QA during integration testing and assist with consolidating business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core configuration.
• Hands-on experience managing Global/Core HR and Absence modules.
• Proven ability to develop and support business rules and approval workflows.
• Experience with security management and report maintenance.
• Ability to provide configuration training and consultation on best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.
