Description

You will manage and optimize Oracle HCM Core HR implementations, providing techno-functional expertise across the full lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports within the Oracle HCM environment.
• Lead functional reviews and verification of HCM modules and project deliverables.
• Validate functional designs, configurations, integration testing, and data conversions.
• Execute comprehensive testing across HCM modules to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage client-side functional activities and report validation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UI.
• Proficiency with reporting tools including BIP, OTBI, and FDI.
• Expertise in Oracle Fast Formula.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader.
• Hands-on experience with Benefits Cloud, Compensation Cloud, and Payroll Interface.
• Hands-on experience with Global Payroll and Global HR modules.
